IR can increase speed without considering bypassing Vijayawada also. Problem is ICF or LHB doesn't matter because even with ICF it was doing MPS .IR needs to increase MPS to 130 km/Hr.
Hope they can bypass when BZA gets a full fleged satellite station(If Rayanapadu allocate some 50 cr and develop it) and bypass these trains letting only limited trains like Godavari AP konark into main station as they have more quota.
