Ek Baar to jo pahle that vo hi shuru ho jaaye, aage ka apan log convention ke thru expansion ke baare mein baat kr skte hain. As we have expanded to air travel etc. in topics forum, and there will be channels also for a particular airline service very soon, to udhar bhi hum log air travel booking etc. ki agency lagva sakte hain. Plus, we can also have search option for airline service bcoz ab channels aane waale hain.

If one scrolls to the bottom of IRCTC page, there is a link for Agents as shown in attached picture. Clicking on the link opens PDF that shows the procedure and fees. I am not sure about the categories of agents.
