329 coaches for SER is a huge number..... SER doesn't have so many spare coaches. Around 10 coaches at KGP Scrap yard which r to be scrapped. , Scrapped coaches at KGP Workshop is around 30 nos. , Scrapped at HTE CDO is 8 nos. , total is around 48 nos.
Apart from this Usable condition coaches both LHB+ ICF :
1. Coaches at KGP Workshop presently is around 160 which r undergoing different POH shops including LHB+ ICF+ CBC+ H-LHB coaches of all variants.

more... Coaches at SRC CDO is around 20 nos.
3. Coaches at Bauria is 15 nos.
4. Coaches at Abada goods yard is around 15 nos.
5. Coaches at PDPK + SHM CDO is around 10 nos.
6. Coaches at HTE CDO is around 20 nos.
7. Coaches at Tata CDO is around 10 nos.
8. Coaches at Kharagpur CDO is 5 nos.
9. Coaches at Rourkella CDO is 10 nos.
Total = 265 nos.
So total is 265+ 48 nos = 313 nos around. Which is 16 nos less than requirement. So as a result all spares will get utilized.Don't know what will happen once train operation starts again with no spares in hand can be a problem. But most important is to meet around 16 more coaches will some running train coaches will be used?
