Rajkot jn. retiring room - The room is large & clean enough.
Bedding- Clean, comfortable.
Washrooms - Just OK, tolerable. Hot water available for bathing.
Cleanliness - Though the room was clean & washroom too was tolerable but was not cleaned a single time in my 48 hrs of stay.

availability - A refreshment hall is there on PF 1 but it is at extreme end (towards Veraval end). Across the road in front of station, there are eateries which serve pararthas & subji. Apart from that 2 restaurants are there.
Cons:
Too noisy. The honking of loco & humming of EMDs wont let you get a good sleep.
Cost - 500/24 hrs (non ac), 600/24 hrs (AC)

The room at Rajkot jn. retiring room is big enough & not dirty. Bedding is clean & comfortable. Washrooms are just okay, but hot water for bathing is available. The room & washroom were not cleaned during my 48 hour stay. There's a refreshment hall on PF 1, but it's far away. On the other side of the road outside the station, there are eateries that serve parathas & subji & 2 restaurants are also there. The cons are that it's too noisy & you won't sleep well due to the honking of loco & humming of EMDs. Cost is 500/24 hrs (non-AC) & 600/24 hrs (AC).
