I read somewhere in iri. These do have restrictions but has higher mps than Regular Freight Trains.

Usually they run more than regular freight, however as they are high capacity vans they do have lots of load so speed is also restricted to other ICF Wagons which look similar however are passengers one, these are freights one

NMG rakes were cleared to operate at 75kmph when loaded. Empty NMG coaches were allowed to run at 100/110kmph attached to regular mail/express trains.
However, this was many year ago and I am not sure if the speed has since been upgraded.
