All just happen bcoz of 2019 GE which raise few as hero for T18 and few were not part of it hence those were rising and these enquiry setup in the name of corruption, tenders procedure, faults in rakes, standard issues, clearance issues etc etc..

In railway everywhere the Management is the main issue and this time its plays a vitol role here..

RB must setup a particular department for production of T18 by picking up genuine officers & team.. do global tenders with transparency in the ICF/RB
And then produce the rake with good finishing..
1st 2 rakes has been made so much faster that the finishing and so many faults are there, i agree being engineering background that for every innovation its true that in 1st time there should be faults bcoz thats make innovation more better, but now onwards IR should focus on finishing bcoz they are making international quality standard rake
Must focus on every issues which t18 facing like CRO and its part damages, strong glass windows.. good quality of cushions seats with good backrest..

Atleast for the sake of T18 management is needed , completely needed
