after electrification bro. before partition beas gwsb tto asr line had express trains that ran on that route. this route is 20 mins slower than main line but wil avoid reversal of PTK trains at ASR

BTW MPS was only 45 kmph before electrification. So it was worthless to divert Superfast and express trains through this route.
