On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, SCR is purposefully making this train delayed at SC with 25 to 30 min to pass 12707 ahead of this. I don't what kind of senseless logic by SCR controllers they are imposing. Anyway 12707 has to wait until 7:40 PM at KZJ and not allowing 12728 until the 12707 departure is done. They could easily advance 12707 or allow 12728 ahead of 12707 as 12728 has to do departure at 7:32 PM. Now it seems, SCR started imposing delay at SC on other days also. Very pathetic. Irrespective the delays 12728 fairly doing well in reaching VSKP on time. Now a days 12728 getting delay of arrival at BZA to allow 12737 first to cross Vijayawada bulb, though 12728 able to reach Kondapally 20 to 30 before time. SCR in away it is making 12727/28 scapegoat for all the reasons. 12727 became daily late comer...
