Todays 12827 hwh prr sf exp.c1 coach is an utkrisht ac coach which is made utkrisht just by vinyl wrapping in the exterior and painting the in terior.nothing new.just old coach has been vinyl wraped and painted.will post the pics.in c1 ac coach it is mentioned hwh rnc int exp.
