I don't think the building is there anymore. When I last saw the place around 15 years ago, some of the railway buildings were repurposed as Godowns, and there were no traces left of the platform. Anyway, it was a very small station, with a short platform.
As the city expanded, they needed a larger station. WAT was already a large station with all the facilities, and most of the passengers who used trains, lived in that area. Also, there was no space for expansion at the VSP station (as the port lines and yards are right beside the station). So, the station was abandoned and WAT was expanded into a larger station.
