Will Jagdalpur and surrounding parts of CH develop now under Rayagada division?

I meant kirandul to jagdalpur section inclusive of jdb station, which is now under ecor
Being in VSKP division was not a hindrance for new trains for Jagdalpur. Despite the heavy freight traffic, Jagdalpur managed to get a daily to BBS and Howrah. The main hurdle was always the priority attributed to freight traffic, right from the ministry and railway board level.
Even now, they will still give priority to freights on the Jagdalpur-Koraput section. Only doubling can give some scope for new passenger trains on this route.
