I am a regular train travellor and for last 3 years i use e-ticket (online booking) for my train journey. I was quite delighted when such arrangment was working properly some months before. But Now.. regret to state but it is that we are not getting our online tickets.. We all know Delhi-Hawarah train route is always busy... so some of the high level officials are making black money from ordinary public like me. I remember earlier TATKAL quota was 5 days prior to travel date and we were able to get our online tickets. and No matter if it was the earning by the Rail department. But now TATKAL quota opens at 8hrs prior to journey date.. and within 3-5 mins all the TATKAL seats are already booked. and most interesting thing is that if we want our tickets from any agent, we get even chart has been prepared... ok...

.. it could be happen due to some special arrangement..coincident... but if you see other fellow passengeer theyrenjoing their journey. The most surprizing thing that 2 days before under Tatkal Quota we find no room with any of the train runing on the said route but if we go to the agent he arrange ticket even last 1 hr left of depart. How it is possible .... I am quite assure that now all the hight level officials are corrupted and making money from innocent and needy public.
