My personal experience of purulia express.i was on board on 15 th as well as today.very poor condn of toilets in both ac and non ac coaches.ac toilets r the worst .the bio toilets r chocked and are not cleaned at hatia .ac coaches r not so comfortable.seats r torn.blocks r broken,food slider latch is broken in most seats.ac mechanic switches off the ac just aftr src and starts the ac just around 5.20 am in the morning everyday.lot of arguments with psngrs regarding this issue but to no avail.non ac coaches seats r torn to the extent that one cant sit.termites and cockroaches are predominant.pest control nil.total discharge is on the tracks as non ac coaches are all old coaches not fitted with bio toilets.for the first time in my life travelling in prr sf exp water was not there in one of the toilets of ac coach.so just imagine...

the maintainence.only positive is that train now mostly is arriving on time.i am just praying that if SER cant give lhb coaches to prr atleast it can can give the spare coaches of steel exp to prr exp and take back the pm of prr exp to src.its the need if tbe hour.total zero maintainence at hte.i have the pic of chocked toilet and i hav put up a complaint at coms.indianrailways.gov.in .but i m not giving the pic in the forum as it wont be proper
