and how come you compare 12717 with Rayagada exp/simhadri ....ok lets compare them ...are they are having the similar TT between all the statoins ?? don't they have any slack which you can see ??

Rayagada exp got slack starting from SLO-RJY,RJY-NDD and EE-BZA....aren't they easy to maintain ?
compare the same breakdowns with 12717 and then compare...yes maintaining the trains with 40-45 end to end average is easy ...even it would be easy for 12717 if they correct the faulty TT between Tuni-SLO and re work the TT to make it more workable ... as long as such false TT is present, it will never maintain schedule till NZD but arrived on time at BZA with that slack coming into effect
