( This I have only booked as some one told that take book form BCT instaed of BVI so I did)

Borivali contains only 6 berths under RL quota, it does not even use the PQ for allocations.
BCT contains 68 berths for allocations, combining GN + PQ. So the probabilities are good from BCT. Plus any vacancies arising in higher class (1AC) or Tatkal, will be first available for BCT GNWL passengers. Also vacanices from HO, DF quotas are also available. Hence the suggestion.
