Presenting a dedicated daily train from Vasco to Mumbai, which will serve as the best connection between Mumbai and the state of Goa.I have noticed that the other trains are not dedicated, except for Konkan Kanya which stops way too much.
Please give your valuable feedback and suggestions so that this train can be made as much feasible as possible.Return TT coming soon.

I dont know about a Majorda bypass. I dont think there is one.
I can try and guess the reason for there being only one train from Vasco towards KR. I think there is some political rivalry between SWR and KR and there is an unwritten rule in IR that all KR trains start from Madgaon (and now Karmali) and Vasco trains go through towards Londa. The only exception is the once a week Vasco-Patna train. The other is to avoid the loco reversal at Madgaon which can block the KR traffic for 20 minutes. Maybe other members of IRI may have the true reason for the division of work between SWR and KR

There is no traffic towards Mumbai at that time.Only some specials which are running temporarily. However,i wanted to know the demand of such train. Will this train be a hit?I am assuming because many foreigners get down at Mumbai and take other means of transport. This would be very helpful.I am also doubtful because Konkan Kanya is also another dedicated night running train.

In addition to Konkan Kanya. There are two other trains (non dedicated) Matsyagandha and Majn-CSTM express. These two trains may not have too much quota for MAO. You have pointed out about demand. I checked on makemytrip.com and there seem to be 23 flights a day from Goa to Mumbai. When you try and forecast the demand for trains like yours you may have to factor the competition from planes. Also seasonality, more people travel to Goa during the winters.
On the Vasco bit, you should be ready and agreeable to start from Madgaon in case you find out the reason for the Vasco-Madgaon rivalry

If you have the time, you could think of a dedicated SWR train from Vasco to Mumbai via Madgaon and Londa, miraj, pune. This maybe a longer route. I have read requests for such a train in the letter to the editor section of local newspapers.

That is a very long route. This would be the fastest connection to Goa from Mumbai. If at all there are any constraints for this train's run,i shall run it from Madgaon itself, transferring the train to KR.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
