Considering the manifold increase in the workload of Gomoh, after the closure of the Dhanbad-Chandrapura rail line, ER & ECR should try out a new route, preferably the newly started rail line between Barkakhana & Koderma via Hazaribagh, to try out the restoration of 13025/26 HWH-BPL Weekly express. Before you all start chiding me for citing a much longer railway route, consider this :-
HWH-DHN-CRP-BRKA was 376 kms
HWH-DHN-GMO-CRP-BRKA is 389 kms
HWH-DHN-KQR-HZBN-BRKA...
more... is 519 kms
And considering the magnitude of the distance that the long running trains passing through this region, the increase of a 133 kms does-not make a hell of a difference! And while Chandrapura will be lost, this would put Hazaribagh on the railway connectivity map to Kolkata! And so as to see that the daily connectivity to CRP isn't disturbed in any form, this idea should be best started out with a weekly like 13025/26! If Diesel Loco Availability is an issue at Koderma, loco can be suitably changed at Dhanbad or the train start over with an HWH WDM-3A from HWH like it used to until 2015-2016!
