I know some of the decisions made by the RB have incurred the wrath of ER & SER based railfans but one directional criticism is not right...
When ER itself cannot prioritize it's premium intercity that runs on 95 percent of ER tracks it is unfair to criticize DHN. You may criticize ECR but spare the criticism on DHN & MGS. Whatever iota of punctuality ER trains have is primarily because of the phenomenal controlling by DHN & MGS and HWH (Chord line). Rest of ER's controlling is not as proficient, ASN is a major troller, it delays most of the on time traffic it recieves from DHN, SDAH (DDJ) is a pain for long distance, even locals struggle to run on time unlike HWH where locals run on time...
