You can compare non-ac metro of kolkata and emu there. Buses might be the cheapest, but that doesn't mean they r best choice just coz they r cheap. It differs from person to person, what one opts for.
Now, the standards n security, of the common path of IR, that 110 kmph trains and 160 kmph trains would be using, has to be of levels of 160 kph. just delhi-agc of IR is 160 kmph and I know people don't care about.
I do accept, IR is careless, that's the proof I gave through the video.
Doing argument with the CRS, that already shatabdi is running at 150 kph on the same stretch, so, just a 10 kph increase is ok.
Till I know crs, western circle are really strict, it would be real tough time for WR to get permission for them. That is a good thing.
