Technically, is it fair to charge the higher ticket rates applicable for Jan Satabdi trains, if operated with normal LHB/ICF coaches? For example, ERS - ALLP - QLN Jan Chair car fare is Rs. 105/-. For normal express, ticket fare from ERS to QLN via ALLP is Rs. 75(including reservation charge). For SF train, this will go upto Rs. 90/-, which is lesser than JS fare. So JS indeed is charging a premium on ticket fare over & above SF rates.
Hence, presume JS charges a premium not only for faster run, but for better, improved seats as well.
