If you looked at 2671 on this site itself by using train number and get train, you will find that berths are available in 3AC, 2AC till Feb 9.. On Feb 8 26 berths are still available in 2S if that is the mode of travel. Please note that on week ends there is a rush for this train. Additionally this is a train which runs split as two trains in the sense that half the train is detached at CBE and the rest goes to/comes from MTP, and are attached to the CBE qouta sleeper/GS compartments and runs as a 24 coach train. If you please look at the facility provided here on search trains, and look at fares and availability you will see one week's details about availability position. If you have a specific date in mind you can enter that and find out. As rightly suggested by Mr HE2L, if you enter your age and gender you can find out the position under the different quotas which pop up when you click on the quota display e.g. Lower Berth, Ladies, Defence etc.
