In terms of patronage too both Hwh and Sdah Duronto is going down. Earlier u could never get a avl in Sleeper in 12274 while offic goers preferred 12260 due to its better timings. Now thanks to abysmal delays anyone wud rather leave early to catch Rajdhani or take a flight rather.

LHB ka sole purpose "Safety at High speed"(130 is considered as high speed in India) hai. Rafiganj incident k baad LHB ko Inida me 130 km/hr pe chalne waali trains me lagane k liye laya gaya taaki wo 130km/hr k speed pe bhi safely chal sake. 110 km/hr k liye ICF full proof safe hai or isme koi Problem nahi hai. Or Accident hona ho to LHB k saath bhi ho Sakta hai, GHY Raj. ka CPR me hua derailment dekh lo.

Here we need to know about mechanical strength of LHB.
LHB coaches are made up of steel whereas in icf iron is employed. The elastic strength of steel is greater than icf.
Now, let's suppose a case: Two trains one lhb and other icf meets a head on collision(both are at 100kmph) . The higher momentum of heavier icf coaches will lead to deformation and major damage of icf coaches whereas LHB ones will suffer 60% lesser damage due to it's elastic strenght and property to absorb the impact applied.

Thats why mega structures have steel bars due to its elastic strenght. In earthquake steel will absorb the impact and will show elasticity rather rigidity which will save the buildings to some extent.
..
In last of all these, i must ask you a question that why ICF is not allowed above 110kmph and LHB goes upto 160kmph, Hybrid LHB (which icf with lhb shell) has potency to speed upto 120kmph?

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
