None Of The Above....
In my view:
Talgo should also run..and Bullet train should also be started in our country. Once these both starts , the RCF should start manufacturing "Make In India" prospective Our own Talgo Coaches and then these coaches should FULLY Replace the Present Shatabdi trains.
Talgo and Bullet are NOT alternative. These both are needed considering our Fast changing...

None of choice is not in the option. Everybody wants talgo to be Run but here I m asking that what is the need of Bullet train of 320 kmph if we can reach 220kmph by talgo.
But if you want both then your option is second.
