Yes, that was what I got to know from the C&W people. With new trains like Cocanada and LTT also staying idle during daytime, and the rather frequent specials to HYB/TPTY also staying at COA during day time, all three PF lines at the COA station were being used up leaving only one line for freight. And CCT 3rd PF and SPV PF lines are being used for freights only. Once everything is complete, Circar will revert to it's previous timings, unless it is speeded up.
C&W expansion is also in the pipeline. There is enough space between the C&W parking lines and the old port station yard for 1-2 pit lines + 2-3 parking lines. I...
