Sir NCR 130 fit hai to 130 kmph train ko 130 pe karega hi.. Aur dusre sf se alag priority dega hi ..
But other zones 130 nahi chalatein hai sf ko ..
Usmein sabko equal maante hai...toh @110 kmph pe kisi train ko dusrein train par high priority dena bahut baara kaam hai...
Hum NCR par claim kar saktein hai mps difference pe...

par dusrein zone pe nahi kar sktein kyuki waha kuch alag nahi hai saare sf ke beech mein..sab same mps pe hai..
