The ChatRoom feature has been a "FlopRoom", because people enter the individual ChatRooms, and generally keep waiting for others to come in, wasting their time. When someone is interested and joins, the original member would already have left. On the whole, there is some disconnect between various people interested in Chatting but not finding each other there at the same time.

1. When you Reply to any Blog Post, there will be a checkbox above the Post button, called "Interested in Chatting about this Blog".

2. Everyone will see a ChatRoom alert to get a list of ChatRooms where members have expressed some interest in Chatting, as well as the Reply Post, so that everyone knows what the Chat will be about.

3. If one or more members accepts that interest, then the original member will get an accept, and all members can enter the ChatRoom together. If no one is interested, then the original member does NOT waste his/her time anyway, since no one is actually waiting for anyone else.

This way no one will waste their time inside ChatRooms waiting for others to join in. We'll modify the feature further, based on uptake.

The main purpose of the ChatRoom is to exchange some quick, urgent information rather than posting a blog and waiting. So we are trying to satisfy this objective among those who would be interested.
