i have to booked the ticket for kacheguda express on 8th-jan, in hyderabad. but i forgot that ticket,am in banglore. if pnr no is there ,here can i print that ticket. how i get that ticket, that is not online ticket. pl tell me, venni.
Can you please explain me why user cant take printout his/her ticket from their account ? In 'E' ticket case PRS supervisor also cant help you. If you booked this ticket through Agent then they will also mail you. Regards HE2L
If you booked E-ticket through your account in irctc, you can re-print your tickets any number of times. log in to your account and look for cancel/re-print tickets. you have to provide password one more time when it asks and choose pnr number, re-print tickets and you get it. its simple. if in case you have booked through res counter, you have to contact the local counter, and ask for a duplicate ticket - you have to pay the charges. pl contact the nearest res counter if its a I-ticket.
