Some facts about Model Rake used in Mahamana express and their builders a.k.a CRWS Bhopal(i know its a bit late though but i'll cover important points just in case):

refurbishment was undertaken by IR’s Carriage Rehabilitation Workshop in Bhopal in association with Vadodara-based Hindustan Fibre Glass as part of an Rs315m programme covering 111 coaches of various types which are to be completed in 2016-17.
**CRWS has used their experience and passenger feedback to build these coaches.
** Rehabilitation includes stripping down of interiors and rebuilding them and some electrical/mechanical changes in coach(if you get charging points in 2002 made coach next time, do look for CRWS badge upside on vestibule area in ICF coaches, their courtesy.
**Model rake consists of this rehabilitated coaches 10-15 years old, refurbished and made better than the new ICF rolling stock. The coupling is IRS, the one used in traditional ICF coaches, although there are some tweaks in suspension to make ride quality smooth and jerk free.
**CRWS has use Thermosetting plastics, Thermosetting plastics are polymer materials which are liquid or malleable at low temperatures, but which change irreversibly to become hard at high temperatures. These Plastics have improved anti-fire characteristics and reduced toxicity.
**Lighting in the whole coach is changed to LED, replacement of bulbs and other lamps which are traditionally used in ICF coaches.
**Fire-retardant composite panels without visible screws have been installed, while stainless steel panelling is fitted in luggage compartments.
**Instead of curtains, powered blinds have been provided in 1st coaches and roller blinds in 2nd AC coaches.
**There are public address and passenger information systems in all cars, and power sockets are provided. The toilets have been fitted with larger mirrors, new washbasins, controlled discharged water tap, odour control systems and ventilation fans. Waste bins are provided in all coaches.
** Fire safety measures include the provision of fire extinguishers, installing new cables and moving electrical systems to non-passenger areas.
**Cost of upgradation is 18(non AC)-25lakh(AC) per coach.
