b) No. India first needs to improve its already existing railway network, so that at least the trains that are running can be punctual, clean and safe. This will benefit a larger section of the society who cannot afford to travel in bullet trains.
c) Perhaps. Once bullet trains start running, people will find it convenient. Just like they did with the Metro.

Still I.R. is far behind , As of now we don't need bullet trains .At present Only in few sectors our train touch speed of 100+ kmph speed .
First priority Railways should be safety , cleanliness , punctuality , After it Dedicated Freight Corridors .
