From 2005-2013 There Was Increase In Number Of Passenger From 5.7 To 8.42 Billion Approx 2.72 Billion That Is...
more... 47.71% Increase In Passenger Over 8 Year Say At Rate Of 5.96% Per Year. Adequate Infrastructure Was Not Added To Railways To Tackle This Increase.
Due To Overloaded Infrastructure, Heavy Wait List, Late Running Of Trains, Corruption, Lead To Decrease In Passenger In Successive Year From 8.42 To 8.4 And 8.2 In 2014-2015.
Decrease From 8.4 To 8.2 i.e -2.1% In 2014-2015 May Be Also Be Attributed To Gujjar Agitation, Etarsi Fire, Increase In Fare With No Improvement In Service Along With Other Factors As Mentioned In Graph.
At The End Of The Day From 2005-2015 In 10 Years Increase In Passenger Still Stands At 43.85% With No Major Investment To Improve Infrastructure
