Yes Sourav, you are right. But for that to happen GR division should start. Moreover, leaving out all the biases and thinking just on IR's profit, GR is located at the center with PUNE, GTL and SC at almost correct distance for crew change. If GR is made crew change point in place of SUR and WADI, it will save upto 30 mins for all the trains. Now crew is changed at PUNE then SUR and then again at WADI in just 150 km. Once GR - PUNE is doubled, crew can change at PUNE, GR, GTL/SC. Since there would be no slack needed wn line is doubled, easily 30 mins can be saved.
