And they are charging now 14.5% tax inclusive of Swacch tax.......

Absolutely correct. In fact i have heard in some trains that the meals are priced higher for AC passengers in the same train as compared to sleeper.
The 'Tip' menace continues and nobody is there to listen or put a stop to the same.

not all points are valid for all zones, but i agree with your main point. The increase due to that frivolous swachhata tax and increase of service tax is bloody stupid.
