Washroom are jet cleaned in AC/SL Coach @ various junctions, regularly!!
Dunno if Washroom in Gen get cleaned r no..
For Rajdhani & many SF with running Coach Cleaning staff, AC Coach get wiped in between along with room freshener spray!!
MGS/LKO/MB/ET etc are examples of regular cleanse which depends on train arrival along with stoppage schedule..but approximately all get treated!!

PS: Hav seen Mahabodhi ARR @ NDLS..most traveler wernt alighting but awaiting train's washroom availability @ wee morning hours!!
