I think this schedule is very much doable with little delay at the end.The timing is perfect when the train reaches the congested routes of Kerala.Rest of the routes of this train are blessed with hi-speed tracks(110MPS).Only challenge will be to maintain the schedule between MAS and KPD.Covering the 129Km stretch in 85mins is a little hectic task since the EMU and all will obstruct this trains path and also the train will gain speed only after Vyasarpadi Jiva. But after that since its nxt stop is at ED it needs to slow down only at JTJ and SA which wont affect timings since already this stretch of 265kms is given 3hrs 23mins at an avg of 78km/hr.This avg can be easily maintained since the train has MPS at 110Km/hr except for slowing down at JTJ and SA.And this is easily possible since train 12646(Millenium Exp) covers this stretch in 3:35hrs and...
more... that too with stops at JTJ and SA.Coming onto the stretch frm ED-PGT an added benefit is that this train bypasses CBE and touches only PTJ.So lost time in MAS-KPD stretch could be saved here and also the schedule has 133mins for covering 143kms of this stretch. The next major challenge will be ERS-TVC route which on leaving ERS at 4:30am will find difficult to reach TVC at 7:30 as the route is single laned at some places. So i hope this train could reach TVC either late by some 30mins or may be perfect timing which has rare chances.
Anyhow, going to witness these actions live that day since I am a passsenger on this train...:-p
