NCR cannot let Ziyarat to make other trains delay by making it run in Time table of some other train hence ziyarat was looped to pass on time trains....

Also you seem to be a superfan of WR, its good but you dont know that wr handles freights maximum CONCOR MPS 100 kmph whereas NCR Has freights with MPS varying from 50 kmph to 100 kmph. Overall MPS variation of trains in NCR is 50kmph - 135 kmph. Now think of the situation of managing traffic with this much MPS variation with ONE UP & ONE DN track.
