If both the trains (18189/18190 & 13351/13352) are made to run separately as two different trains, there is every chance of speed increase of at least one of them.
In fact this was a major demand put by the Dhanbad division for this budget. I think even there was demand from Tata for a dedicated train with more bogies for the Tata-Allp express.

they may re-number it to charge more money via SF charges, but if you thinking that stops will be decreased or it will be speeded up then you are in for disappointment. It very well serves the vast population in AP for reaching Chennai early morning.
Initially even i was surprised that how such a slow train receives such good patronage.But then this is the same response that i got from the staff in the train who said that the train is almost packed till Katpadi with a vast majority of passengers from intermediate passengers benefiting from its timings . Also lots of people from AP travelling to chennai prefer the same due to lack of other options (considering that apart from MAS mail and Coromandel this is the only other daily train)
