For last few days I was thinking about loco-reversal and by-passes. In the recent years many important by-passes have been constructed, saving our hours. However, still hundreds oh loco-reversal are happening everyday accross our country. Sharing some of the interesting facts. Please correct me if I am wrong.

--e) 12779/80 Goa Express has most loco-reversal in a single journey. 3 times @ Londa, Pune and Daund
--f) Sapthagiri Express is the only express train in India which has locos at both side to save time for loco-reversal.
