The main problem with COA is pitlines.
It need more lines to accommodate more trains for maintenance.
As daily goutami will occupy one pitline daily and rest shared by Cocanada,seshadri and this bi weekly apart from CCT - SNSI and CCT- Bavnagar which is maintained during night.
If this is made daily and with the timings mentioned by you,there will be burden on COA...
more... to maintain one more daily train which is tough.
Even NS is also with same problem for that reason only NS - NLS maintainence is at MTM which runs empty between NS and MTM
