sir, why only 22 seats available in 11077/jhelam express from mathura(MTJ) to Jammu(JAT) on 9 march in 3AC class in tatkal quota. while on 10 march the availability of tickets are 62 in 3AC class. and availability of tickets in SL class in tatkal code on 9 march is 38 and 10 march is 153. tatkal booking should not be started on 6 march for the journey of 9 march as per Indian railways rules. please clarify.
