Issue is that any train of "SF" category running above 110 needs CRS clearance
You see BCT-NDLS Premium Spl & PUNE-NZM Premium Spl both the trains had 130 MPS TT but Pune Premium never went above 110 and got terribly late in every tun while BCT Premium was categorised as Rajdhani and ran at 130 everytime, Ajeeb rule hai naa :O :D
And irony is that AC's spare coaches were seen in BCT Premium doing 130... :P
