I have travelled in almost every Rajdhani Express of India in past 3 years from 2011 till date and after all the different experience that I got, I came to a conclusion that this is the best rajdhani service of India.
The Base i.e Sealdah might be the reason for it's best service as the Sealdah Duronto Express is equally impressive in its service.

every other rajdhani too have faced such criticism at one point of time or other.
Main thing i.e cleanliness and safety is maintained in this train.
The LHB coaches are maintained well, cleaning too is done nicely. And about the safety, the doors of train wont be allowed to be opened unnecessarily at all by the ER staff.
Besides all this the food given is also good i.e you get to make a choice of indian/continental in 1AC as well as 2AC and 3AC, which is not the case in other rajdhani trains. Food quality as well as quantity is also good such that you wont regret giving a tip to the waiter.
