I have a ticket on this train from PPI to CSTM on 26.06.2014. As 12322 is going to arrive around 7 hrs late at HWH today, my train tomorrow l is bound to arrive late. According to rules full refund is admissible if train is more than 3 hrs late. What I want to know is that for full refund should the ticket be cancelled at journey originating station or at any PRS throughout India?
