By reading it now after a gap 58 years,i felt very sad about those dead and injured.
Ya- and then Hon. Minister Shri Lal bahadur Sastri had taken responsibility- and resigned the post- but didnt knew it was Pearl city disaster
I heard during my childhood, the one who was charging the coal with shovel into the furnace on that steam loco, gone into furnace when the engine fallen into river and they recovered only his skeleton later.what a miserable tragedy.
