The notice on feedback is recently (hardly one day old)introduciton. any one can see the nomenclature of the notice as under:
"This is only for site-related feedback. For all Railway queries and comments, please visit the forum section. Please leave your email, if you would like a response/followup. Thanks"
As expected: the blog writer expects, two mails, one is for acknowledgement of the 'feedback' and second mail for 'rating of the feedback'.
So...
more... this factor has to be noticed by moderator for better turnout for 'feedback' and quality feedback also.
Further, notice also should clarify that giving of email address is one time task, or every time feedback is made, should email address too be given?
though these questions seem trivial, it assumes great importance in keeping communications alive.
