Trains operate from Habrough regularly to Grimsby Town eastbound and westbound towards Barton-on-Humber, Newark North Gate, Doncaster and Manchester Airport. Trains run every two hours on each of the three westbound routes on weekdays, but the Barton and Lincoln line services only operate on Sundays in the summer months. The Saturdays-only Northern parliamentary service to/from Sheffield via Retford also calls here.
Habrough's railway station is the boundary between North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire.
