There will be no change in Ddu arrival time as it follows 12302 Path , Howrah Rajdhani via Patna can only be speed up if ER wants.
Change of schedule in DDU - NDLS isn't possible but, HWH - DDU could easily be speeded up.
He is pointing Ecr for it’s slack.
ECR is helpless if ER isn’t changing the Departure time/Arrival time from/at Howrah. Dnr division ko iss time mh hi manage krna hai toh slack dega hi nah ki Ddu pe 1hr ka stoppage schedule krega.

Cannot they try to minimize, or atleast keep the delay same until their jurisdiction?
Piyush, it is no more a PNBE - TATA train, hence proved. Atleast, SER thinks so. Who knows, SER might propose for it's permanent diversion avoiding TATA in future!!
Yes exactly. They found one alternative today. Hence whenever it will get delayed, it will get diverted. Today my father came from Kolkata to JSR by Jan Shatabdi. At Tatanagar it was being announced that passengers of South Bihar can board Jan Shatabdi to go to Sini and board South Bihar there. I am thinking what is the purpose of sending passengers so early, when currently at 11:48 am, the train is still at Chandil 😂
And, what about the passengers coming by 13288 towards TATA? Wait...! Oh.. it's SER, who cares about passengers here?
And BTW, passengers who are at the station could listen to these announcements. What about the passengers who plan their journeys looking at the online running status? They might get the shock in "Train is diverted and not touching TATA".

Koi na isse kuch nai hoga, anyways isko slack de rakha hai kaafi jyda upto Lucknow toh isse effect nai padna chahiye faltu ka jaunpur junction par 1 ghantey khadi rehti hai thoda late pahuchegi toh at least right away depart hogu
