BKSC is an important place and deserves connectivity, but that doesn't mean that other industrial parts of India should be neglected. The CIC route already has a history of being neglected for years with only a handful of trains running, but its contribution to the Indian economy is even bigger than you may think. Now it's good that this route is being looked after after several years of darkness. The Railway should run trains benefiting people of all places and states, not just focused on a particular route.
