This place is perfect for train watching (#RailFanning) coz of the hills (#KumaonHimalayas) on 3 sides. The train tracks curve beautifully and end at the terminal. The weather was great at first but then suddenly it started raining cats and dogs. It's one of the best places for train spotting in NER. Thanks to Tushar and Abdus for suggesting this place. Mast place hai bhai #RailFanning karne ka, Kumaon Himalayas ke foothills hai iske charo taraf. Ek dam Jhakkas railways ka curve hai yahan. Terminal bhi hai yahan, khatam hoti hai yeh jagah. Mausam bhi mast tha bhai, dhup nikli thi par achanak se badal chha gaye aur rim jhim ka baarish shuru ho gayi. Kuch hi der baad bhari barish shuru ho gayi. 1. Station par dormitory hai 95Rs mein charge, lekin online 103Rs hai 12 ghante non AC ke liye. 2. AC dormitory ke liye 12 ghante ke liye 170Rs hai. 3. Double bed room bhi hai AC ke saath 450Rs mein per 24 ghante (AC ki guarantee nahi hai). Important baat hai ki alag dormitory hai female passengers ke liye, jisme 8 beds hai. Mardon ke liye dormitory mein 20 beds hai, jisme maine raha. Sab facilities available hai aur acche hai kyunki kam istemal hoti hai. Ye station par new khula hua hai aur building ke pehle floor par hai. Sirf online booking hai, offline booking nahi hai kyunki demand kam hai. Western toilets nahi hai, lekin bathroom mein geyser hai (kaam nahi kar raha hai). Dormitory ki image lagi hai. 8 pm se 8 am tak koi time limit nahi hai. Main 6:30 pm mein check-in kiya aur 10 am tak soya. Staff bahut polite aur helpful hai. Staff se baat karne ke baad pata chala ki average 90-100 log ek mahine mein rehte hain. Finally, Nizamuddin Railway Station now has a Metro. 😍 To get there, go out of Exit point of Pf7 side and then walk 50m straight on the road. You will find it under the Pink Line with entry/exit Gate No.2. You can see the entry gates for the Metro in the pictures.
