I have observed that CR is getting least amount of Sleepers form factories and getting more 3ACs ,ive also observed that most of the trains got effected by rake standardization policy are from CR, anyone else observed this?

Yeah, but the RSA is the main issue for Lhbfication if Rajkot sf should get lhb then rsa should break
if scr has spare lwscz lwsaccz coaches then send it to ned div 17617 needs lhb coaches as the coaches are outdated
