BTW 12840 reached HWH at 01.55 hours, 175 mins delay. Passengers were fuming on this matter. Old Timings were very helpful & convenient

Now Its Daily Scenario And People Getting Troubled By This Delay But Railway Board Doesnt Care All They Want Is More Coal And More Torture To Passengers And Heres The Live Example Of It Spcl Torture To 12129/30 Passengers
First this train requires LHB coaches and cancellation of 2 - 3 trips in case of delay and extra rakes at Pune to handle it's delay. Penalise the divisions causing delays trains in Nagpur Howrah section. Officers ki pitai nahi hogi tab tak sudherege nahi yaha.

This is a continous problem the past 2.5yrs due to higher coal movement as imported coal iis highly priced after lockdown restart and will be there for next few years. So the solution is to have extra rake alloted to AZAd Hind, Mail, Geetajali and Duronto express.

They should replace 1SL with 3AC and have balanced Ac and Non AC accommodation with 9SL and 9 AC.
